We accept various payment methods, including cash on delivery and bank transfer. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total price of the items, including shipping fees, where applicable. Payments must be made in full before your order is shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer island-wide delivery at a flat rate of Rs. 400 through our selected courier service. Orders placed before 12:30 PM are dispatched the same day, while those placed after 12:30 PM will be dispatched the next weekday. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days after dispatch. 

5. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason. Customers are advised to review product descriptions, images, and videos carefully before making a purchase.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
Gilt & Glitter offers two types of 1-to-1 replacement warranties, available at an additional cost at the time of claim, within 3 months of purchase. For full details, please refer to our Warranty Page.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Gilt & Glitter. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
